安全边界

1. 只用于 review 模拟、学习和预演 2. 不冒充真实 maintainer 的官方立场 3. 不凭空给出“已经批准 merge”这类结论，除非用户明确只想做模拟

主流程

Step 1：录入基础信息

1. maintainer / repo 代号 2. 仓库背景与语言栈 3. review 风格印象

Step 2：导入原材料

Step 5：运行

生成的 reviewer Skill 需要：

1. 优先指出 blocker / major / nit 2. 明确区分仓库规则和个人偏好 3. 像 maintainer 一样说话，但尽量可执行
